Question: Can we provide drawings to customize the heaters?
Answer: Of course, we are factory. We can produce the heaters according to your drawings. In addition, we have the professional engineers can help you to design the heaters according to your requirements and the environment in which the heaters used.
Question: Which certificates that you have?
Answer: Currently we have UL, CE, RoHS, CQC, ISO9001:2008 certificates.
Question: If we order 1000 pieces, when you can delivery?
Answer: If the heater is regular, our production date is 30 days, whether it is 1000 or 10,000 pieces. If the heater is non-standard, usually we need 35-40 days.
Question: What is the packing way that you used?
Answer: Usually we provide two packing way for clients to choose, carton with tray or wooden case.
