Screw-in immersion heaters are ideal for direct immersion heating of liquids, including all types of oils and heat transfer solutions. The heating element is bent into a hairpin shape and welded or brazed into the helix, depending on the compatibility between the element sheath and the helix material. Universal junction boxes are standard and available in optional moisture-proof, explosion-proof and explosion-proof/moisture-proof junction boxes to meet specific application needs.
